1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the TPHRC Digital website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TPHRC Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, web development, PPC advertising, branding, and AI business automation. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
All packages are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by TPHRC Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables as specified in the service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, and marketing analytics.
6. Limitation of Liability
TPHRC Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, India.
9. Changes to Terms
TPHRC Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and email to existing clients.
